Indication
This product is indicated for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections in horses caused by susceptible strains of Streptococcus equi subsp. zooepidemicus.
Dosage and Administration
For oral administration
Calves, goats and sheep: Twice daily 5 ml per 100 kg body weight for 4 – 7 days.
Poultry and swine: 1 liter per 1500 – 2500 liter drinking water for 4 – 7 days.
Contra-indication
Hypersensitivity to trimethoprim and/or sulphonamides.
Administration to animals with a seriously impaired renal and/or liver function or with blood dyscrasias.
Withdrawal Time
For meat:
Calves, sheep, goats and swine: 8 days
Poultry: 5 days
