INDICATIONS: As an aid in the treatment of actinomycosis and actinobacillosis in cattle and as an expectorant in mild respiratory disease of cattle, horses and sheep. DOSAGE: Administer by intravenous injection. Cattle: Actinomycosis and actinobacillosis: 15 mL per 45 kg body weight. Repeat in 7-10 days. Cattle, Horses and Sheep: As expectorant: 1 to 3 mL per 40 kg body weight. Repeat in 7-10 days if necessary. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Contraindicated in hyperthyroidism, advanced pregnancy and acute metal poisoning. CAUTION: Discontinue immediately if toxic signs such as excessive lacrimation, dyspnea or tachypnea occur. Subcutaneous injection causes severe irritation and local swelling.
